Accommodations:
Housing is available for live-in candidates within the family s private home in Puerto Rico. The job can transition to Live-out when relocating to Miami, FL.

Job Description
A young private family seeks to hire a fun and loving Nanny to assist with the care of two kids ages 2 and 3.5 years old. The chosen candidate should be patient, caring, loving, and very attentive to the well-being of the children. The ideal candidate will have a background in education or studies with a focus on early childhood development.
The position would start in May 2024, in Puerto Rico where the family is currently traveling and the job would transition to Miami, FL in January 2025 where the family will be residing permanently.
The family will be covering all relocation expenses and housing when living in Puerto Rico. The family would like to start someone asap!
Responsibilities:
  • Reports directly to Mom, who works from home
  • Always ensuring the safety of the children
  • Implementing all rules and protocols set by the family for the safety of the children
  • Exercise common sense and the ability to take initiative to accomplish tasks and make decisions
  • Maintain a constant line of communication and report to the parents
  • Taking children to and from playdates and other activities
  • Arranging and plan play games and educational activities
  • Assist with homework and any school projects
  • Packing and unpacking children s belongings as needed when traveling
  • Travel with the family domestically and internationally
  • Assisting with bath time/shower and bedtime
  • Responsible for laundry, and children s closets
  • Tidying up of children s rooms and play areas
  • Assist with meals, and snacks for the children
  • Assist with kitchen tidy-up, cleaning area after snacks and loading or unloading the dishwasher
  • Drive children to and from activities
  • Must be pet friendly (2 French Bulldogs)

Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years related experience working for private families and young children
  • Excellent references are required from current and previous employers
  • Bachelor s Degree is preferred
  • Certification in CPR & First Aid
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Polished, poised, and professional
  • Intelligent with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
  • Good swimming abilities
  • US work authorization
  • Valid Passport
  • Valid Driver s license
