Key Responsibilities for this role include:
Advise clients on a wide array of L&E issues including but not limited to workplace discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, retaliation and federal sector EEOC and MSPB mattersRepresent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and federal & state court litigationsDraft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure legal complianceStay up to date on evolving labor and employment laws and advice clients accordinglyHandle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, pleadings, motions and other substantive filings.:
Qualifications
Juris Doctor from an accredited law schoolMinimum of 3-5
years experience in Labor & EmploymentAbility to work independently as well as part of a teamExceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
