About the Role:


As the MRO/Warehouse Manager, you will lead and drive warehouse improvement, from ordering and receiving to distribution and inventory management. Your leadership will guide a dedicated team, fostering a safe work environment while maintaining an impeccable level of organization and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:


- Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse professionals, ensuring a high level of operational efficiency and safety.

- Oversee the receipt, inspection, inventory, and distribution of equipment, materials, and supplies, maintaining strict adherence to warehouse procedures.

- Collaborate closely with Maintenance Planners, ensuring timely and accurate kitting and staging of materials for work orders.

- Maintain robust inventory levels and manage the disposal of excess or obsolete inventory in coordination with the Site Procurement Manager.

- Lead cycle counts and audits, contributing to the accuracy and reliability of our inventory management system.

What We're Looking For:


- A high school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field is a plus.

- A minimum of 10 years warehouse management experience in a manufacturing setting, with a preference for backgrounds in chemical plants or refineries.

- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.

- Strong knowledge of ERP Procurement & Inventory Management systems, particularly JDE.

- A technical or mechanical aptitude, with the ability to grasp the applications of materials, parts, and equipment.

- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

This is a dynamic role that involves physical activity, including operating forklifts and climbing stairs and ladders, within a setting exposed to dust, chemicals, and noise. Candidates must be capable of wearing PPE as required and be prepared for occasional weekend work, particularly during plant shutdowns.
