Circa 35,196 dependent on skills & experience Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office. Your base location will be Enterprise House in Lincoln, an Anglian Water site. We are recruiting for a Customer Delivery Team Manager to join our Wholesale Services on a permanent basis! Youll manage the delivery of a business critical service to ensure that customers are helped and kept informed to meet business performance targets service, serviceability, quality and risk). Youll manage the development and performance of a Customer Delivery team and may manage any of the teams within Customer Delivery which provide Contact Centre, Scheduling, or customer care and case management services. Youll act as the process liaison and business expert in the delivery and development of customer service excellence. Youll coach, develop and train the team, sharing operational knowledge best practice whilst challenging process and cultural shortcomings that compromise the effective delivery of customer service. A key part of this role is to be team manager lead for process improvement to drive efficiency and customer service, collaboration and staff development , ensuring maximum utilisation of available resources. Ideally youll have proven experience of the following: Ability to identify and drive forward improvements HR responsibilities for a team Having experience of supporting and managing teams which have multiple functions would be an advantage , along with knowledge of managing agents who take inbound customer calls and also an understanding of Scheduling.
