Customer Service Representative
CRG is launching a search for a Customer Service Representative in Pompano Beach, FL! This call center professional will ensure outstanding service for all customers, business partners, and drivers for this large logistics company! Our transformative logistics client is setting the standard for forward thinking solutions to deliver the highest level of value add to their customers. This company supports services like e-commerce fulfillment, warehousing and distribution, with transportation management. Opportunity: Contract
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (onsite)
Schedule: Day Shift (40-45 hrs weekly)
Salary: $16/hr

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to clients and business partners through phone and email correspondence
- Address customer concerns with composure and professionalism
- Evaluate, diagnose, and effectively resolve various problems or inquiries
- Track delivery routes' progress
- Verify stamps and scan haul-away pods
- Manage changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Qualifications:
- MS Office Proficiency MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- 1 year of related call center experience
- HS Diploma or equivalent
