Assembler ajc
This individual needs the following skill sets:
Contract to Direct or Direct Hire
- Skilled in Blueprint reading and schematics to assemble components accurately, thoroughly to approved specifications.
- Skilled with mechanical background & assembly.
- Heavily skilled with bearing fitments & overhead crane use.
- Must have his/her own mechanical tools.
- Company supplies the heavier tools needed for all jobs.
- Must have good knowledge in the use of indicators, feeler gauges, hydraulic pullers, & torque wrenches.
- Inspect and document dimensions to ITP reports as instructed by the plant manager.
- Experience in the use of overhead cranes with parts ranging from 1 - 20 tons.
- Have good communication skills & willing to work well with others.
- This job will also offer the opportunity to travel occasionally for onsite repair & support.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work in a manufacturing type environment.
- Must have the ability to lift 50lbs.
- Company will supply work uniforms.
- At least 3 years on the job experience

- Salary will depend on knowledge/experience. Range: $21.00 - 29.00 per hour
- This is a 1st shift position. Work hours are 6:00 AM-4:30 PM. M-T with O/T available.
