Responsibilities

  • a comprehensive business plan and sales strategy for your region to achieve company sales goals and profitability targets.
  • and pursue opportunities to penetrate new markets, coordinating the development of action plans to drive expansion.
  • product demonstrations for existing and potential customers, assisting them in selecting solutions that best meet their safety and productivity needs.
  • and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers, cultivating new business opportunities.
  • market intelligence to assess potential customers and develop strategies to engage them effectively.
  • high levels of client satisfaction by maintaining regular communication and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  • clear and compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
  • with internal teams, including marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics, and technical service, to optimize sales efforts.
  • regular reports on customer feedback, market trends, and competitive activities to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

  • years of experience in engineered-to-order product sales
  • drive/hunter/closer mentality to turn leads into sales transactions.
  • ability to establish and maintain consultative business relationships in a B2B environment.
  • track record of cultivating sales in a territory.
  • in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for developing presentations.
  • with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • communication and time management skills.
  • driver's license and a clean driving record in accordance with company standards.
  • to travel overnight 50%+
  • degree preferred.


***Pay: $90K-$100K + compensation plan, benefits, 401K w/ company match(Compensation can vary depending on experience)
