Livestream TechnicianOnsite hours: Sunday 8am to 11amAdditional hours are needed to prepare for a weekly livestream of worship service.Special services throughout the year. The pay schedule is $19.00/hour. 5-7 hours a week.The Livestream Technician plays a crucial role in our worship service and is responsible for livestreaming one service each Sunday. Your contribution will be instrumental in ensuring our message reaches a wider audience. This role involves ensuring everything is ready to go before the livestream (setting up the links on YouTube) and maintaining production cohesion during the services. They are also responsible for monitoring and adjusting the audio for the live stream and communicating with live viewers via the YouTube chat function. Duties/Responsibilities: - Proactively monitor and manage video and audio systems during worship services - Must have knowledge and understanding of operating online-based live streaming software, i.e., StreamYard, OBS, ECamm Live, ReStream, or similar online broadcasting systems and utilizing YouTube. - Troubleshoot video streaming and broadcast systems if issues arise * Communication between staff and media team.Required Skills/Abilities: - Must have knowledge and understanding of operating online-based live streaming software, i.e. StreamYard, OBS, ECamm Live, ReStream, or similar online broadcasting systems - Experience in live video/streaming production environment a plus - Ability to adapt and react quickly to changes - Good people skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and communicate - Motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment - Strong computer skills - Knowledge of RTMP streaming process (familiarity with YouTube and Facebook protocols is a plus) and audio production experience is a plus.
