**Job Description**
Organizes, maintains Engineering inventory locations, and supplies i.e. parts, equipment, and tools for the Engineering Department.
**As the Inventory/Purchasing Coordinator, you will:**
* Perform room inspections and input into HOTSOS. This responsibility should be balanced with the Inventory expectations
* Safeguard Westgate Resorts property and inventory
* Responsible for the receiving, handling, and accounting of inventory stock
* Issue supplies, materials, and equipment to engineering Team members
* Complete all necessary paperwork for items issued to Team members
* Maintain/update labeling system for each inventory item
* Conduct weekly Inventory counts
* Maintain inventory tracking of stocked items and power tools or supplies.
* Organize and maintain all Engineering Inventory locations
* Competent in receiving delivered supplies, materials, and equipment. Confirming delivered goods match purchase order specifications, model, quantity and inspect for quality etc.
* Coordinate with the purchasing department on all necessary supply acquisitions for inventory
* Utilize and prepare order acquisition forms for materials needed in inventory and submit to purchasing coordinator
* At the direction of the department leadership team, will provide vacation or absence coverage for the Purchasing Coordinator and process and receive requisitions through the Oracle Fusion system
* Other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**
* 1-year related experience or training required
* 1 to 2 years technical training or maintenance technician experience preferred
* Minimum of 2 years computer skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
