**Main** **Responsibilities:**

* Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns independently

* Provide an impeccable level of consumer support while maintaining customer's confidentiality

* Plan, prioritize and organize information effectively

* Communicate and update Management with findings and issues related to consumer complaints

* Handle verbal and written complaints and conduct root/cause analysis

* Use a variety of computer software

* Manage challenges with tact; escalating through the proper channels when necessary

* Communicate effectively and professionally with all contacts

* Highly dependable to completion of duties and attendance

* Adhere to client, company and regulatory requirements and policies

**Other Job Duties:**

* Construct and deliver correspondence to other departments and committees

* Perform other duties as assigned by management based on the needs of the business or the above described activities

**Qualifications:**

* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage time effectively

* Energetic, motivated team player with the ability to work independently

* High school diploma or equivalent
