Job Details

General
Promote and comply with Life Saving Behaviors (LSBs)
Promote and utilize Stop Work Authority (SWA)
Promote and support ISO / RC 14001 and PQ Principles Management Systems.
Be knowledgeable of and comply with all Company and Site Policies/Procedures.
Comply with all Environmental limits and permits.
Complete all quarterly and yearly training (FMT/CBT)
Do only what you have been trained to do
Maintenance HSE Activity
Write work notifications/orders on equipment issues.

Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) for all maintenance as required
Review & Sign General Safe Work (GSW) and Life Critical Permits
(LCPs) to Work

Operations
HSE

Supplement maintenance manpower, aiding in plant related maintenance as needed (e.g
plant shutdowns)
Assist in any additional task needed to complete the assigned job
Assist with unloading trucks in the warehouse if needed
Prioritize and troubleshoot operational problems.Perform 5 Why Analysis as needed to share lessons learned among and between shifts.
Enter work order requests
Label field equipment
Cross Train as A Operator (Lead B only)
Read, understand, and follow shift instructions.Write shift notes.
Ensure a smooth shift change and share all pertinent information with oncoming operator
Stay
current on email
Comply with Production Schedules and achieve right-first-time product specifications
Coordination with and preparations for maintenance required
Take ownership of and care for unit equipment
Sample and label fresh feed catalyst and sulfided product catalyst
Prepare fresh product in appropriate bins.Apply Wax as needed.
Load and unload reactor towers during dumps
Fill out CHEP bin log and proper markings on product bins
Move bins to designated areas
Perform
autonomous maintenance (e.g
changing pressure gauges, blower belts, filters,
pumps) as needed
Actively
participate in HSE such as PHAs and PSUSRs.
Operations HSE Continued:
Inspect, properly wear, and maintain PPE per site PPE Matrix
Attend and contribute to regular monthly safety meetings and toolbox meetings

Be well-versed in, compliant with, and
suggest revisions to job procedures / SOPs.
Report all
incidents. Enter incidents into
database
Mitigate any leaks, exposures, accidents, spills or fugitive
emissions
Openly
participate in incident investigations
Maintain high area housekeeping standards
Proper disposal and labeling of all wastes

Emergency Response
Implement the Emergency Action Plan (ERP)
Attend Fire Extinguisher Training
Attend CPR Training

Minimum
Qualifications:
High school
diploma or GED
AND
One-year
certificate from college or technical school;
OR
Three plus years of experience in Process Operations
at a Chemical plant
