Position Summary

The Survey CAD Technician III or IV is a position that will focus on the fundamentals of land surveying as well as SW+ general standards. This role contributes and supports the survey department in day to day office operations, such as preparing Tree & Topographical Surveys, Boundary Surveys, As- built Surveys, deed and plat research, and perform field work as needed. As a Survey CAD Technician III or IV, you are encouraged to ask questions and seek mentorship to better understand the land surveying profession.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 2 years of progressive experience in land survey field operations.

Desired Skills

Ability to learn new tasks and develop personally and professionally.

Work alone on occasion exercising independent judgment.

Ability to traverse outdoor environments.

Knowledge of plant/tree species.

Valid SC Driver's License.

Experience in Civil3D

LSIT (Land Surveyor in Training)

Hourly Wage

$30.00 - $35.00
