The Academy Healthcare Leaders Program provides executive education, healthcare knowledge, and skills growth to high-potential leaders of leading healthcare industry organizations.Primary Job Duties:Program manage cohort-based, adult education program(s) for healthcare delivery and industry executives, directors, and managersManage administration of all program components, including application processes, core curriculum, retention, participant experience, communications and program evaluationDevelop in-person educational sessions for multiple meetings per year and on-line educational modules including content and assessmentsSource & manage program faculty, guest speakers, and mentorsOversee progress and outcome evaluations of strategic capstone projectsCollaborate across departments to share ideas and insights on industry thought leadershipWork closely with Member Development team to support recruitment effortsWork closely with Meeting Services staff to integrate curriculum programming with meeting logistics requirementsOversee production of program marketing, meeting and graduation materials.Contribute to other leadership development efforts and special projects as necessaryMinimum Qualifications:Minimum 5 years experience in program management experience requiredBachelor s degree required, MPH, MPP, MHA preferredCurriculum development experience required, particularly related to leadership, healthcare economics, health system management, organizational development, etc., preferred; online learning experience strongly preferredProject management experienceCourse authoring software and LMS management experience strongly preferredAbility to establish credibility and relationships with senior executives preferredRelevant experience in facilitation and content deliveryAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience working within a CRM such as Salesforce.com is a plusInterpersonal Skills & Attributes:Effective verbal and written communication sillsAbility to present effectively to groupsAbility to learn healthcare industry trendsCreative thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesAble to identify needs of member base proactively and work to addressStrategic mindsetAbility to influence others at senior levelsTeam approach to working with others, ability to perform a variety of duties within any workdayProcess oriented with the ability to drive a project to completionAttention to detailAbility to work independently and as a team memberSelf-directed and resourcefulExcellent organizational skillsBenefitsThe Academy recruits, rewards, and retains employees by leading the local labor market in total compensation, providing opportunities for employees to advance and develop their careers as a result of the fast-paced, high-growth, nature of our company.
