About the job Data Entry Clerk Remote

The primary objective of this position is to ensure proper documentation of all our operational files to maintain our high level of data quality. You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, report generation and record keeping, as well as direct communication with other departments in person, by phone and email to resolve documentation issues.

Enter data into our operations system

Communicate with other departments in person, by phone and by email

Work with our billing and quality department to organize data entry workflows

Internal process and quality checks and corrections (e.g., master data, economics, shipping data)

Master data management

Perform other tasks and responsibilities as assigned to you

What we expect from you

Excellent typing skills (able to type fast).

Position requires exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively

Ability to maintain detailed records and prepare reports

Ability to verify the accuracy and completeness of documents and forms

Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions

Strong organizational skills

Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
