- Spearhead the seamless functioning of business processes including timekeeping, onboarding, performance evaluation, compensation, and more, ensuring operational excellence and consistency.
- Act as the go-to expert for HR Operations, providing support on HR applications usage and troubleshooting.
- Offer proactive guidance on system design solutions, configuration, and usage.
- Independently lead projects and collaborate with HR functional teams for system support initiatives.
- Drive system implementation efforts, providing strategic guidance to business partners and analysts.
- Facilitate communication regarding system changes, maintenance schedules, and functional enhancements to relevant teams.
- Uphold data integrity and compliance standards, actively participating in system and data quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations to craft and analyze custom reports, dashboards, and analytics, informing strategic decision-making.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for payroll and workforce management systems, including configuration, testing, and training.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor s Degree required, preferably in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HRIS, systems administration, or related roles.
- Proven track record in system implementation or project execution.
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management systems; experience with Dayforce preferred.
- Proficiency in creating metric dashboards and custom reports.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to effectively train and educate others on software usage and interpret business requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking ability, and data analysis proficiency.
- Self-motivated with exceptional customer service, project management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
