We are looking for you, an outstanding Destination Management Event Sales Manager to join a fun-loving, collaborative national destination management company! For this role, you must live in and know the Orange County, CA area and market. BUT you will work 100% from your home office and then travel to local clients and events.

As a Destination Management Event Sales Manager, you will be part of an upbeat, fun loving, collaborative team that truly thrives with supporting each other and the clients. You will have the opportunity to exceed sales results while building new revenue through acquiring new strategic accounts and opening new doors and keeping existing ones open while demonstrating the highest level of customer service with a strong sales approach! Additionally, you will:

  • Qualify opportunities, develop, and lead the sales pipeline.
  • Attend and participate in local and national events and meetings to build and grow client relationships.
  • Confidently sell to all levels of an organization with an ability to relate to people both in person and on the phone.
  • Constantly thinking outside of the box and crafting outstanding experiences.


As part of their sales team, we need you to bring your 3+ years of validated sales success and experience to this role. You will also need to have a service-minded attitude, preferably in a hospitality or events industry. Previous experience working for or with a Destination Management Company would be exciting.
