As the District Manager you will:
- Use your business acumen, efficiency and problem solving skills to drive and grow the business throughout the district
- Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers in all of the district s stores
- Motivate and Engage your teams by identifying their strengths
- Remove obstacles and create growth opportunities to set team members up for success
- Communicate clear expectations and hold the district store managers and yourself accountable to achieving results
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently throughout the district
Requirements:
5 Years of multi-store supervisory experience in similar volume & scope of business
Schedule Flexibility (including Holiday availability)
Ability to bend, lift, open and move product and fixtures up to 50 lbs., as needed
Ability to travel up to 80% of the time
The wage for this position is $90,000-105,000, (annually). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to position offered and work experience. In addition to your salary, the Company, and its affiliated brands, offers a benefits package, including 401(k) plan, overtime pay, flexible work schedule and a generous employee discount program (all benefits are based on eligibility).
