Companions & Homemakers provides premier in-home senior care to help older adults thrive at home with optimal independence, health, safety and happiness, all while affording their loved ones complete peace of mind.Job Summary / Purpose:Care Coordinators are responsible for coordinating the daily schedules for assigned caregivers and clients on the Medicaid side. This role will ensure that all shifts are staffed appropriately and will work to drive high-quality service to our caregivers and the clients they support. Care Coordinators are also responsible for ensuring that the caregiver experience through their time with C&H is supported at every step.
