**Role Overview**
A MacPhersons Picking Associate is responsible for picking orders accurately and packing correctly according to company guidelines. Picker will utilize an RF scanner or voice picking technology. A picker will need the ability to walk most of the day and meet productivity requirements.
This is a full-time position working **Monday through Friday**. There are two shifts available in our Picking Department **6:00 AM to 2:30 PM** or **3:00 PM 11:30 PM.** The **starting wage is $17.00 an hour**, plus **14 days paid vacation** in the first year.A **$500 sign-on bonus** is available and will be paid out in two payments. The first $250 will be paid in the first paycheck after the employees first 30 days of employment. The second $250 will be paid in the first paycheck after the 90th day of employment.
**Requirements:**
* Continuously perform repetitive physical tasks involving frequent walking, reaching, bending, lifting, twisting, pushing/pulling, and standing.
* Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Self-motivating
**The Good Fit**
Skills we are looking for, but not required:
* Two years of experience in a distribution/warehouse environment.
* Previous experience using an RF scanner or voice picking technology.
* Good in basic math, and the ability to work well with others.
* To be punctual, team oriented, committed to safety, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
* Ability to speak and understand English.
* Ability to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements. (including overtime as required)
