** Supervisor, Warehouse**
Roswell, NM, USA Requisition ID: 8902 No of Openings: 1 Posted Date: Jan 5, 2022 Job Function: Supply Chain Description: Within our 600-person Roswell, New Mexico manufacturing facility we are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** on our warehouse team to continue moving our organization to even larger levels of supply chain, food safety, and production efficiencies. * Use your natural leadership ability daily to build, lead, mentor, develop, and grow highly functioning teams of warehousing and materials management associates.
* Supervise freezer/cooler temperature records, shift labor analysis reports, shipping reports, production schedules, and production management instructions.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels, minimizing overtime and production planning in an environment that demands constant changes in shipping requirements.
* Supervising and controlling maintenance and repair expenditures for material handling equipment, interior/exterior of facility, freezer/cooler and other miscellaneous equipment.
* Communicate on a regular basis with all Department Managers, Department Supervisors, Accounting, Quality Control, Maintenance, Product Management, Transportation, and all outside vendors.
* Be measured on performance by the level of customer service issues, inventory accuracy, labor utilization, department attendance, associate turnover, associate training levels, and safety goals.
* Be humble, inquisitive, patient, collaborative, innovative, results-oriented, and resilient - the DNA of a Leprino employee.
****You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):****
* A Bachelors degree in Product Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar subject areas or equivalent work experience.
* Four (4) years in food manufacturing materials management.
* One (1) year of leadership experience in a Warehouse, Logistics, or Materials Management functional area.
****We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):****
* Six (6) years of experience within the food/dairy manufacturing industry.
* APICS CPIM certification.
* Familiarity with SAP Warehouse Management.
