New Hope Prosthetics & Orthotics is looking for an experienced practitioner to assume the helm of one of our largest and most established regions. Based in the heart of Arkansas, our seasoned team is looking for a leader to keep and expand on the excellent foundation that has been laid over the past 40 plus years. As managing practitioner of our largest market area, this position will oversee two of our highest grossing clinics. These clinics also have a loyal referral base with excellent growth opportunities. Minimum of 5 years clinical experience needed.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide Prosthetic & Orthotic Patient Assessment & Treatment
  • Facilitate Team Communications & Clinical Team Leadership
  • Provide Proper Coding & Documentation Utilizing OPIE Software
  • Facilitate Existing & Potential Referral Source Communications / Relationship Development
  • Participate in Strategic Planning & Implementation
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned that Support Team & Organizational Success


Position Requirements

  • Current CO, CP or CPO Board Certification by the American Board for Certification (ABC)
  • Ability to obtain and maintain license in the State of Arkansas
  • Knowledge and ability to demonstrate cast modification techniques
  • Detailed knowledge of device fabrication
  • Must be able and willing to adapt to new technology and techniques
  • Excellent communication and team management skills
