Inside Sales Manager


Job Details

Position Summary The Inside Sales Manager (ISM) will be a hands-on proactive sales leader who leads a world-class team of sales representatives globally, that predominantly sell our products and services to individual students as well as creating opportunities for our Enterprise Sales Team (EST). The role will carry a multi-million dollar revenue responsibility and a progressive growth expectation. A proven track record of driving results in a target-focused environment will be key. The ISM will be able to draw on prior experience to develop a step-by-step process that enables the team to generate high activity and nurture leads through to a successful close in a short sales cycle environment. Team members will be assigned Enterprise Sales Representatives (ESR) to support, along with clearly defined territories (government or commercial). The ISM is ultimately responsible for achieving individual student targets as well as ensuring that the EST can focus on Enterprise opportunities.


We are looking for a sales professional that currently manage an inside sales team within e-learning or technology industry.
