Job Details

**Primary Responsibilities**

* Follow all safety rules and policies, promote a safe work environment and report any safety violations / incidents immediately to supervision or management

* Know the location and operation of Emergency Stops, Cables, Guards and resets on the various parts of the line.

* Know how to properly Stop, E-Stop, Clear Jams, and Restart, the Conveyors, Recutter, Printer, and Finish Machine.

* Know how to read and understand the Work Order and the ShopVue Screen.

* Quality Checks: Know how to correctly check a Tube by using the Work Order and/or ShopVue Screen.

* Know how to Properly Check: (All of the following can be found on the Work Order)

Length of Tube Proper Nose Fit (Using the Correct Adapter) Proper Base Fit (Using the Correct Adapter) Nose Color & Print Pattern Base Color & Print Pattern Groove and/or Slit (Also distance from the Base) This will be set-up by Supervisor Special Print Instructions (2-Color, synchronized 2-Color, New Crop, Added Bands) Inside Print

* Responsible for using the Correct Packaging, Labels, and Quantity per Box or Tray.

* Able to keep the Line Running while doing Visual Inspections of the Tubes.

* Responsible for Documentation of Quality Checks.

* Daily Reports must be accurate and easy to read.

* Responsible for keeping your area Clean and Organized. (SAFE!)
