**Packer**
Menomonee Falls, WI Production Support Production Support **JOB DESCRIPTION**
This position is primarily in the packing department but supports the shipping department as needed. Individual is responsible for the packaging of finished goods inventory under the direction of the Packing or Shipping Lead.
This is a FT position working from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. Hours may flex.
The wage range for this position starts at: $14.17

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Package parts for inventory and record quantity, weight and location in accordance with established procedures.
* Receive parts back from outside vendors and repack per instructions in accordance with job packet.
* Count, pack, seal, weigh and label to prepare materials for shipping using tools such as shrink wrapper, tape gun, scale and tape machine.
* Identify visible quality issues and escalate.
* Adheres to established policies and procedures paying special attention to safety regulations.
* Wears personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines.
* Performs other related duties as assigned.
**SPECIFICATIONS**
**Required**
* Effective oral communication skills
* Dexterity Skills
* Basic Math Skills including: addition and subtraction
* Core value alignment (Teamwork, Dedication, Passion, Quality, & Reputation)
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* Ability to bend, reach, climb, crawl, balance, move skids with a pallet jack, pack and unpack, and stand/remain active for 8 hours
* Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and general policies
**Preferred**
* Proven organizational skills
* Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
* Competent computer skills including: data entry, software navigation, and web-portal use
* High School Diploma or GED
