In this exciting role you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately completing a variety of pick/pack tasks to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery of electronic connectors to customers.

* Follow standard work orders to pick product to fill customer orders.
* Utilize scales or manual counts to accurately fulfill order.
* Perform quality and accuracy checks to verify items for the order are correct.
* Ensure orders are picked/packed properly and according to Company and Customer standards
* Flexibility to support multiple duties of overall warehouse responsibilities.
* Identify and communicate process improvement opportunities.
* Displays strong interpersonal skills and a positive and professional attitude.
* Support TEOA (Lean/Six Sigma) activities and responsibilities.
* Performs special packaging, prints and applies special labeling as required by each customer.
* Understands and follows all safety, security, and emergency procedures.

* Displays strong interpersonal skills and a positive and professional attitude.
* Minimum of 1 year similar work experience required, 1 year warehouse experience preferred
* Demonstrated excellent communicator (verbal, written, spoken)
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
* Possess superior organizational skills, maintain high attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Demonstrated ability to work as a team member
* Ability to lift to 35 lbs consistently up to 55 pounds occasionally
* Ability to work in a frequently changing team environment
* Intermediate computer skills
* Automated materials storage systems knowledge preferred
* Knowledge of multiple Carrier shipping processes preferred
* Cycle count/physical inventory, auditing experience preferred
* ISO knowledge preferred
* SAP experience preferred
* Experience in Lean/ Six Sigma preferred
* Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
* Ability to lift to 35 lbs consistently up to 55 pounds occasionally
* Ability to work in a frequently changing team environment
* Ability to stand 8 hours a day
* Detail oriented and quality conscious
* RF scanner experience preferred
* SAP experience a plus but not required
* Basic computer skills required
