Southwest Youth and Family Services is seeking an experienced Child & Family Therapist to join our counseling team. The ideal candidate will be part of a collaborative team who provides culturally relevant, high quality services within a community based behavioral health agency. This person must have a strong understanding of child development and experience providing strength-based therapeutic interventions for children and families. The Child & Family Therapist is responsible for assessing the needs of clients and providing individual therapy; family therapy; support group, and referral services to youth and their families. 75% of our client population are enrolled Medicaid.This position is full time, 36 hours per week (exempt position), a salary range of 50,544 to $54,288 annually.
