DESCRIPTION:We are looking for a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment home properties located in Lincoln, NE.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to effectively manage employees by coaching, motivating, and mentoring. Success in developing team members.Must possess strong leadership skills and be able to effectively set high standards of performance.Meet and exceed monthly and annual goals and occupancy goals.Perform monthly audits and inspection of sites.Excellent interpersonal skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills including problem solving and handling customer concerns. Along with resolving issues and communicating effectively with vendors.Set high standards for resident relations.Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize.
