Summary:

Oversees activities related to the planning, movement, transaction and control of materials and parts used in the development, production and support of the companys products.

Job Role/Responsibilities:

* This position must interact with all levels of site management divisions (Vice Presidents to supervisory levels) to ensure that there is clear understanding of commitments and organizational alignment.

* Plans, organizes, and directs production and non-production inventory activities.

* Monitors all inventory activity for any contract manufacturing.

* Supports new product development projects as needed.

* Responsible for hiring and training new department employees. Oversees Handlers, providing leadership and day-to-day direction.

* Develops and drives to KPIs that meet company requirements and goals.

* Performs activities within an ISO 13485 environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelors Degree

* A minimum of five years inventory experience preferred, APICS CPIM certification a plus.

* Working knowledge of INFOR and MS Office preferred.

* Must demonstrate good attention to detail, excellent personal skills, flexibility, and the ability to multi-task and handle a high and fast-changing workload.

* Must read, speak, and understand English written instruction and documentation.

Physical Requirements:

* Must be able to work on computer or other computer devices for extended periods of time.

* Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time.
