We are a healthcare accounts receivable and self-pay management firm. We are privately owned and operated based in Nashua, New Hampshire. We have been in business since 2007 and have an excellent regional and national client base.

We are a call center handling patient accounts for our clients. We assist patients in understanding and resolving their medical bills.

Hourly Pay - $18.50

Medical, Dental, Vision and ST/LT & Life Benefits eligible 1st of the month after 30 days. Other benefits after 90 days.

• 3 Weeks PTO accrued Bi-Weekly - Start accruing immediately, able to use after 90 days

What Job includes (but not limited to):

• Compliant communication with responsible parties for unpaid medical balances.
• Documenting outcome of communication.
• Negotiating payment and/or timely payment plans for resolution of outstanding balances.

Employees will be trained in and expected to adhere to HIPAA, Company, State and Federal rules and regulations.

Requirements

We are looking for honest, authentic, hardworking, and positive individuals to join our team.

• Exceptional Customer Service Skills
• Medical Office Experience a plus
• Will consider and train individuals with customer service experience
• Excellent written, oral communication and telephone skills
• PC proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook and data base navigation.
• Detail oriented
• Bilingual a plus
