**Full Job Description**
Capital Homecare Cooperative is a **CAREGIVER-OWNED** home care cooperative providing **in-home** services to seniors and adults with disabilities. We work one on one with folks who want to age in their own homes. Operating in and around Olympia WA, we were started by caregivers FOR caregivers- **we believe that caregivers who are paid a quality wage and treated with respect for the work that they do provide the best care.**
Starting wage is $18/hr, with an automatic raise to $20/hr upon membership with the cooperative, at which point caregivers also **earn a share of the profits**!
Jobs are both part-time and full-time, perfect for people who have a second job/kids/school to navigate around.

Education:
* High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
* Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
* Drivers License (Preferred)
* HCA or CNA (Preferred)
