Clayton Services is searching for a Personal Assistant/Driver to join a thriving company in Austin, Texas. The Personal Assistant/Driver will coordinate and manage work and personal appointments, including preparation, confirmation, and post-appointment follow-up while providing safe transportation for the employer and their family.
Job Type: Direct-Hire
Pay Rate: $52,000 - $60,000/annually

Personal Assistant/Driver Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage work and personal schedules, ensuring all appointments are properly coordinated.
- Prepare materials needed for appointments and ensure all necessary arrangements are made, including confirmations.
- Make travel arrangements for business and personal trips, including booking accommodations and transportation.
- Safely drive the employer and their family to and from appointments, ensuring punctuality and comfort during travel.
- Support business assistants and office staff with various tasks, such as arranging shipments and preparing meeting agendas.
- Greet vendors and clients arriving at the office or for appointments, assisting as needed.
- Organize documents and manage payable statuses, handling all necessary paperwork appropriately.
- Maintain and update To-Do lists, ensuring tasks are prioritized and completed in a timely manner.
- Safely operate the vehicle, always adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or other items as needed.
Personal Assistant/Driver Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stay on occasional overnight travel for both business and personal needs.
- Maintain a good driving record and prioritize the safety and well-being of passengers at all times.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiar with technology and social media.
Personal Assistant/Driver Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant and Driver.
