Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Consultant at Advaion, LLC located in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area, with flexibility for some remote work. As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expertise in growth management, IPO planning, internal audit and governance, pre-audit preparation, ERP assessment and implementation, SEC filings, risk and compliance, accounting reports, and financial analysis. Additionally, you will contribute to the company's overall success by leveraging your knowledge and experience to guide businesses through complex challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience in growth management, IPO planning, and financial analysis
- Proficiency in internal audit and governance, pre-audit preparation, and risk and compliance
- Familiarity with SEC filings and accounting reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- CPA or CIA certification is a plus
