Designer
for Global BIM Technologies, you ll be at the forefront of our mission to revolutionize how users interact with technology.You'll play a pivotal role in crafting intuitive and cutting-edge interfaces that elevate our ecosystem, Openings Studio, to unparalleled heights. This position is based in Phoenix, Arizona and must be available to work onsite upon the opening of our new office facility.What's in store for you
as a
UI/UX Designer ?Collaborate with the Openings Studio Product Owner to translate user requirements into captivating wireframes, storyboards, and functional prototypes for various research platformsShape and execute the UX vision and strategy for our flagship product, Openings StudioCultivate and maintain design systems that transcend existing boundaries, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experienceShowcase your creations, prototypes, proof of concepts, and more to internal teams and key stakeholders, championing user-centric and delightful interactionsAdvocate on behalf of human-factors and don t make me think interactions that makes software not only usable, but delightfulUphold corporate brand standards while liaising with Group UX/CX teams to ensure compliance and Brand cohesionImmerse yourself in a community of front-end developers and designers, staying abreast of best practices and emerging trendsAbility to self-motivate and self-manage a number of projects effectivelyAbility to travel up to 10-15%; some international travel may be required so a current passport is requiredYou will have:A robust portfolio reflecting 4-6 years of experience, demonstrating a commitment to human-centered design and innovative problem-solvingDegree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, Human Factors, Human Systems, or equivalent industry experienceProficiency in prototyping and interface design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD) and Adobe Creative CloudStrong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholdersWhat sets you apart from the rest?Previous experience within a development or software engineering teamKnowledge of current accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2, Section 508, ADA, etc.)Previous experience or knowledge of the AEC industryDemonstrated history and familiarity with UX research techniquesWe are building diverse, inclusive teams, and encourage applications from everyone who can see themselves working with us.
