Job Details

Our client, a 35k employee, fast-growing services business which is the #1 in its North America sector, is seeking a Head of HR Operations leader to play a key role in ensuring the continued elevation of the function and proactively driving alignment with our client's business strategy, priorities, and talent philosophy. Reporting to the CHRO, this role has responsibility for the HR Operations strategy and execution. Part of this function s mission is to ensure simple, smooth, scalable operations and processes, enterprise wide.

  • Employment Practices
  • HR Acquisitions
  • Total Rewards Operations
  • Business Analysts


Partial Responsibilities:

  • Develop, align and drive HR operations strategy in line with strategic business and HR objectives, focused on elevating the manager and associate experience
  • Drive continuous improvement, alignment and operational excellence across the operational function
  • Sponsor large-scale projects and system implementations and vendor transitions
  • Prioritize decisions and resource allocation across HR operations in alignment with business priorities
  • Anticipate and plan for future capabilities, engaging with collaborators such as HR strategic Centers of Excellence, HR Business Partners, and external sources
  • Lead, engage and develop a team of HR professionals to provide great customer service across internal and external customers

Professional Experience:

  • Progressive experience in a variety of HR roles including leadership in HR operations
  • Experience in a rapidly changing, high growth company in excess of $10B in revenue is required
  • Strong experience and skill in HR technology and leveraging its capabilities, project leadership and process improvement
  • History of building and executing enterprise-wide HR operations strategies and processes that enhance the business and associates experience
  • Skilled at strategy development, work prioritization and resource allocation in partnership with the HR leadership teams
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations principles, tools, trends and best practices. Has worked in a best in class HR function.
  • Deeply team oriented; building and being a member of the HRLT
  • Experience with a large deskless non-exempt employee population
  • Bachelor s degree
