About the role:

We're looking for a Supply Chain Operations specialist who is passionate about our ambitious mission. This role is for an individual who is excited by the challenge of building a resilient, efficient supply chain to deliver precision vaginal healthcare at scale. This role will play a critical role in strengthening the foundation of Evvy s operations today, and scaling them to meet our growth trajectory. It is a hands-on role at the intersection of external vendors, finance, strategy, and ops.

Evvy is a primarily in-person team based in New York, NY. Given the cross-functional nature of this role, our ideal candidate is located in NYC.

What you'll do:

Own the end-to-end Evvy supply chain

  • Manage day to day relationships with vendors
  • Serve as the expert on key operations metrics, including COGS, turnaround times, and volumes moving through each step of the supply chain
  • Bridge operations and finance by serving as the internal point person for vendor-related accounting questions and information sharing
  • Coordinate with customer experience and engineering to translate any supply chain-driven changes or updates that can have a user-facing impact

Drive supply chain strategy

  • Develop strategic vision for supply chain and execute a tactical plan to achieve efficiencies in costs, internal processes, and turnaround times with vendors
  • Work with strategy, finance, clinical, and customer experience to align Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to margin targets
  • Support on the logistics & fulfillment piece of strategic projects (e.g., launching new products, packaging redesign)
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and platforms as needed

Establish operational continuity and resiliency

  • Build inventory forecasts off of company level forecast and manage vendor supplies of inventory and labor accordingly
  • Create and maintain QA/QC process and SOPs for each step in our supply chain (e.g., vendor compliance checklists, SKU level fulfillment instructions)
  • Manage translation of operational workflows through internal and external systems (e.g., ecommerce data, prescriptions information, shipping information)

What we re looking for:

Must have

  • 4-6+ years of high-performance experience in supply chain and/or logistics at a startup with both physical and digital products
  • Experience scaling operations at an early stage, high-growth start-up
  • You can easily move from big-picture strategy to tactical execution, with a strong sense for how a decision in one part of a system can have downstream impacts
  • You love diving into data to root-cause an issue or inefficiency - you re comfortable in spreadsheets and can adeptly build analyses to back up your recommendations
  • You know when to be scrappy vs. when to spend more time developing an approach
  • You can create structure from ambiguity, and thrive in fast paced environments.
  • You are passionate about Evvy's mission and the future of women s health!

Nice to have

  • Experience working with 3rd party healthcare provider groups, clinical labs, compounding pharmacies
