Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Non-Medical Home Health Aide. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for assisting older adults in their daily activities and providing personal care. Your tasks will include home care, communication, assisting with activities of daily living, patient care, and providing personal care services. You will work closely with clients to ensure their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Qualifications

Experience in home care and patient care
Excellent communication skills
Ability to assist with activities of daily living
Knowledge of personal care techniques and best practices
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with older adults
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
