Our client is seeking an ECommerce Specialist to join their team. As the Ecommerce Specialist, you will be responsible for category and product merchandising on website, driving high customer engagement, promotions, and overall category sales volume for their portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities
- :Develop and execute strategies to enhance the online shopping experience and improve website conversion rates
- .Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify key trends and support marketing initiatives that drive category sales
- .Oversee the timely setup of online content, marketing events, and promotional activities
- .Optimize site merchandising to enhance product discoverability and presentation, working closely with the marketing director
- .Partner with eCommerce product management to maximize sales through effective page layouts and navigation
- .Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product enhancements and customer experience improvements
- .Build strong relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless execution of merchandising strategies
- .Manage and mentor a team to support overall ecommerce objectives
