Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing efforts of our multifamily development projects, assisting in the execution of marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing channels, coordinating events, and providing administrative support to the marketing department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote multifamily development projects.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, signage, and digital content.
• Manage digital marketing channels, including social media accounts, email campaigns, and website updates.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating events, such as open houses, community outreach programs, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the multifamily real estate market.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, maintaining databases, and handling correspondence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and construction, to ensure marketing efforts align with project goals and timelines.
• Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of multifamily real estate market trends and best practices is a plus.
• Creative thinker with a passion for marketing and real estate.
