Title: Investment Banking Associate II
Location: Los Angeles
Summary:
We are working with a Top Tier Elite Boutique to bring on an Associate to their Media/Consumer group. They are looking to bring on an Associate II (at least two years of M&A experience) from a top investment bank.
This is one of the highest performing media groups in the nation and has a proven track record of success, having advised on some of the most significant transactions and strategic initiatives in the industry.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Investment Banking experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Having your Series licenses preferred
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
