Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Remote Closer to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will nurture leads and schedule appointments with homeowners interested in subscribing to our services. This position is ideal for a driven individual with a knack for closing deals and a passion for environmental sustainability.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage with leads through calls and emails to develop relationships and advance the sales process.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with potential clients, focusing on their needs and how our services can meet them.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions, report progress, and manage customer data efficiently.
- Participate in daily Zoom meetings with the sales team to align on strategies and share best practices.
- Adhere to company sales protocols and guidelines to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in remote sales, preferably in the energy sector or a related field.
- Strong familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and close deals effectively.
- Highly organized and disciplined with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary with a commission structure designed to reward high production, ranging from $100,000 to $200,000 annually.
- Exceptional performers have the potential to earn between $250,000 and $300,000 annually.
