Salary as a Field Service Technician:
- $85,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)
Position Information:
We are hiring an experienced Field Service Technician employee to support our clients with the effective use of production and maintenance of our designed and manufactured machines including troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of specialized mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems/components.
- Assist clients in the effective use of machinery for production purposes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for machinery-related issues
- Collaborate with production teams to optimize workflow and output
- Conduct training sessions for clients on machinery operation and maintenance.
What kind of experience do you need to succeed?:
- Minimum of five years of facilities/machine maintenance experience.
- Possess an associate degree or similar level.
- Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and schematics.
- Must have a good understanding of electrical systems to include 480 volt and below including various control voltage.
- Must be self-sufficient - able to work under minimal supervision, fast-thinking and pro-active.
- Nice to have:
- Knowledge of hydraulic system component diagnostics, repair and failure analysis of valves, stacks, pistons, and rams in excess of 5000 PSI operating pressure.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality.
