Controls Technician/System Specialist/Field Specialist/BMS/HVAC
We are currently partnering with a leading company in the Energy Sector that that share the space with the likes of Honeywell, Schneider Electric, and Siemens utilizing HVAC Control Systems and BAS on the lookout for a strong Controls Technician to join their thriving team.
You will need to have strong experience and knowledge of HVAC and BAS Control Systems.
This role is on-site in San Francisco Bay Area, relocation assistance is available and a company vehicle is included.
Qualifications
- Computer Programming experience
- Experience with HVAC Controls
- Experience BAS Control Systems
- Mechanical/Electrical Background
- 3 + years BMS + HVAC experience
- Construction Exposure
- Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco
Responsibilities
- Initiate startup procedures for zone control systems
- Conduct point-to-point checks on all control systems
- Perform minor modifications to DDC code
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and component replacement tasks
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of HVAC controls and applications
- Possess proficiency in computer hardware and software
- Work independently and unsupervised when necessary
- Efficiently manage daily tasks to meet deadlines and stay within budget constraints
