Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Workplace Service Coordinator to join their team. The responsibility of this role is to fully understand global expectations around the front desk operations, including greeting of clients, badges, visiting employees, stickers, hospitality services, and providing a concierge level of service to employees and guests.


Duties:

  • Deliver a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life
  • Handle all guest and employee interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, ensuring we are always managing expectations
  • Accommodate special requests whenever possible and resolve all customer inquiries, issues, or complaints promptly and graciously
  • Ensure the reception area and customer-facing conference rooms are properly displayed and show-ready; requesting facilities support via the ticketing system as needed
  • Serve as an information hub for our staff on a daily basis
  • Maintain a presence on Slack, sending periodic reminders
  • Update the Hub Slack channel to ensure that new employees are added weekly
  • Maintain and update team documents, playbooks, and Guest Services Tools
  • Identify and respond to service gaps, misses, and problems with a focus on both the guest experience and continuous improvement


Desired Skills/Experience:

  • 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience
  • Self-starter; handles self with minimal supervision and is pro-active
  • Ability to plan and organize work in the required areas
  • Being able to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly growing and changing fast-paced environment
  • Proficient at using the Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs
