Nationwide Service Company is looking for a Property Maintenance Specialist in Charleston!
This role includes a company provided truck and has a flexible work schedule, with the ability to make your own hours. This will be their first employee in Charleston and they are looking for someone to help them grow the team.
The role will focus on property maintenance and custom carpentry installation projects. The company is very well established with over 900 full time employees. This is their first expansion into Charleston.

Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately plan and measure the layout of all storage spaces
- Consult closely with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized work space
- Ensure a high level of craftmanship
- Follow all safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic
- Reliable
- Great teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Ability to carry up to 50 lbs.
- Carpentry skills a plus
- Valid driver s license
