Leadership Development:

  • Provide on-the-job training and cross-training for office staff.
  • Participate in the development of the in-service program to enhance employee performance.

Clinical Expertise:

  • Act as a resource for clinical information and appropriate scheduling.
  • Stay updated on departmental and organizational issues to ensure efficient operations.

Team Supervision:

  • Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Supervise department staff, providing necessary resources for goal achievement.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify problem areas and recommend corrective actions for improvement.
  • Coordinate scheduling processes to ensure accuracy and resource management.

Customer Service Excellence:

  • Resolve patient and insurance inquiries and technical communication issues.
  • Promote positive workflow and lead team meetings to address any challenges.


Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.
  • 2-4 years of customer service experience, ideally in healthcare.
  • Strong leadership skills with at least one year of supervisory experience.
