Our client, a large, reputable higher education university, is seeking Administrative Assistants/Coordinators to join their team onsite out of Cambridge, MA!
** W2, 3-month contract to start, could extend or convert to full-time based on performance***
Responsibilities
- Organizes and implements administrative systems and procedures.
- Calendar management, scheduling, filing & reporting
- Serves as the principal source of information on unit, project, or program.
- Gathers and maintains data for and assists in preparing reports, often using a variety of computer software.
- Prepares and maintains financial, personnel, administrative, and student records.
- Provides for the smooth day-to-day flow of communications within the department.
- Admin tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in an Administrative Assistant position
- Previous experience working within Higher Education environments
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience & and advanced knowledge of email calendars, word processing, and spreadsheets.
