The ideal candidate will direct the business development activities of the CDMO organization and drive profitable growth for the company. They play a key role in the company and in the generation of new business.
Responsibilities
- Manage sales functions of the business & driving profitable growth
- Developing existing customer relationships and onboarding new clients
- Plan and coordinate the penetration of new markets
- Managing a full portfolio of CDMO services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated experience in all areas of CDMO activities, from phase 1-4
- Strong individual contributor
- Technical background (preferred)
