BCForward is currently seeking for a highly motivated Production Manager for an Onsite

Opportunity in North Dakota

Position Title: Production Manager

Location: Richland County, ND

Anticipated Start Date: 05/13/2024.

Expected Duration: Fulltime

Job Type: Direct Hire

Pay Range: $90K PA 110K PA

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).


Job Role & Responsibilities:


What Qualifications are Needed?

Bachelor s degree in chemical, process or mechanical engineering required.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

5 years experience in the operation of a dry-mill ethanol plant preferred.

Previous management / supervisory experience required.

Strong knowledge of the ethanol production process and technology preferred.

Knowledge of general office equipment required.

Valid Driver s License required.

Work effectively with the plant s Distributed Control System (DCS) and instruct others on its operation.

Punctual and timely in meeting all requirements of performance, including but not limited to, attendance standards and work deadlines.

Ability to maintain courteous, professional, and effective working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Ability to communicate information and state problems or challenges to be resolved in a clear, concise, courteous, non-discriminatory, and professional manner and be able to provide clarification as necessary.

Capable of adapting, with minimal or no advance notice, to changes in how business is conducted, and work is accomplished, with no diminishment in work performance.
