Job Overview:
General Summary:NIC Industries is seeking a full-time (in house) Social Media Specialist that will be responsible for the procurement, publishing, and management of content on NIC's Cerakote, Cerakote Automotive and Prismatic Powders social media channels. This position will work in cooperation with the Social Media Supervisor and all job functions will be in accordance with company policies, strategies, and goals.

Daily Facebook, Instagram and TikTok timeline posting that is on brand.Daily Facebook, Instagram and TikTok story posting, Pinterest posting as applicable.Answer and manage DM, IM and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Manage company's content calendar.Manage company's social content folder of images and videos.Identify trends on social media and suggest strategies and ideas on how to capitalize on them.Be the boots on the ground via social by communicating to teammates; trends, unique uses of our products and any potential sales leads or opportunities.Manage organic engagement to ensure our brands remain alive, growing, and helpful to our audience.Assist Social Media Supervisor in managing comments on all paid social ads.Approval of Gallery submissions.Participate in video creations.Occasional social engagement on evenings and weekends will be required.Other duties as required.
Skills & Abilities Required:
1+ years of Facebook and Instagram management for a medium to large size brand.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and One Note.Attention to detail, critical thinking, and analytic skills.Ability to be successful and productive while working under time constraints.Easy to work with and ability to accept direction from management.Works efficiently both independently and in teams.A can-do attitude.
Additional Skills Preferred:
Understanding of Google Analytics and implementation of UTM trackingKnowledge and experience using Facebook s Ads Manager and scheduling toolsExperience and efficiency using Adobe PhotoshopPhotography/Videography

Physical Requirements:Sitting for extended periods of time daily.Ability to lift weight above head when required.
