Our client, a highly reputable General Contracting company based in Chicago, is looking for a talented Superintendent to join their travel team to work on projects throughout the Midwest/Southeast. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch work. My client works on $50M+ Projects all around the US. Recently they have been awarded some fo the most notable projects in the Midwest and Southeast.
Key Responsibilities:
- Building strong relationships with project teams, stakeholders, and ownership
- Ensuring high standards for safety and quality on the job site
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Overseeing the daily construction activities and driving the project schedule
- Leading QA/QC efforts and preparing project reports through Procore
- Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise with project teams and vendor partners
- Willingness to work on projects anywhere in the continental United States
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a General Contractor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Background in managing construction sites for restaurant, retail, fuel, or hospitality projects from start to finish
- Familiarity with Procore and other construction software
- A drive to consistently deliver high-quality work
- Dedication to achieving complete client satisfaction
Compensation Package:
-Base salary: $90-130K.
-Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan with a 4% match. Unlimited PTO, a vehicle allowance, a cell phone allowance, fully paid travel, per diem, and a laptop or iPad with mobile hotspot are also included.
